This anti-bridal show bridal show is an Instagram-in-real-life, blow-your-socks-off, completely coordinated wedding event that takes over social media and is the annual meeting place for the best wedding vendors and clients our area has to offer. Rather than introducing hundreds of brides to hundreds of vendors and letting both parties sort out best fit and ideal clients/vendors later, we introduce a select number of brides to a select number of their ideal vendors, showing them how well select vendors can work together to make a cohesive, jaw-dropping event.
You’ll find dozens of inspiring vignettes like this one, some of the best Tulare County Vendors, the best in food and drink (with plenty of samples to go around!), and you’ll leave feeling the giddy happiness every blushing bride knows well. And did we mention brides get in free? While no two Milk & Honey Events are ever quite the same, past events have included braid bars (get your hair done!), makeup stations, flower crown bars, drinks and appetizers, all-day gifts, favors, coffee and dessert samples, and small shop shopping.
Katie is the mastermind event planner behind all of our events - from conceptualizing a mood board to executing through rentals, event set up and styling, Katie brings to life most of what you will see at our events. She loves to plan events that fit the vision and personality of her brides, and can’t say no to donuts or wine. If you feel lost in your planning, or know what you want but aren’t sure how to make it happen, Katie is your best investment!
Lauren was the first to speak Milk & Honey into existence and brought our planning team together. Her eye for detail makes her an incredible photographer, and she loves that she gets to step into Katie’s event planning world to help dream up creative ways to inspire brides at Milk & Honey. She is also the owner of Westwood Barns, (our hosting venue) and loves being a part of the happiest day of so many couples’ lives.
Megan’s light-filled and soft wedding portraits set the tone for any romantic celebration, and her eye for design brings vision and cohesion to Milk & Honey events. She frequents the highways driving to shoot at many NorCal, SoCal, and Central Coast venues, but also loves to be home in the valley, both shooting weddings and portraits and as the voice behind her home and lifestyle blog, Bravwel.
Shelly is the communication and organization that pulls this event together. While she days jobs as a project manager for a web development company, her side hustle has her keeping creatives on their toes- supplementing their business with organizational consulting services, editing, email and social media management, blog content, home organization and more. We aren’t the only people who’d be lost without her!
We are pleased to list all of our Milk & Honey vendors as Westwood Barns preferred vendors.
They are talented, driven, and kind, and we are thankful to have them in our community. Please use this guide as a reference during your wedding planning, and come meet many of these vendors at our next event!
