Currently booking weddings of up to 500 for 2021 & 2022
Private Events are able to book up to 3 months in advance, or on a case-by-case basis if your event requires further notice. Events under 50 guests are welcome to bring in their own food. For events over 50 guests, we require that you use one of our preferred caterers or you may make a request for a different licensed and self-contained caterer for an additional fee ($250 for events with under 50 guests, $450 for events with under 100 guests, and $750 for over 100 guests).

Event pricing is calculated hourly at $150 per hour plus $10 per person and includes:
- Existing structures
- String lights
- Bathroom use
- Parking lot access
- Running water/fridge/bar area
- Use of our round tables with floor-length linens or farmhouse tables (no linen) and X-Back Harvester chairs. Each seat 8-10 per table.
- Use of our dishware, flatware and glassware
Alcohol is limited to beer and wine only (or champagne). If you'd like to include more alcohol at your event, we require a licensed bartender for serving, and it is an additional charge (minimum $250). The charge ranges depending on guest count and event length.
Evening events of over 50 guests require a day-use insurance policy, which can usually be added to someone's homeowner's policy, often free of charge. If this is not an option, many websites offer policies for less than $200, depending on the type of event.
We do not currently offer quinceañeras, and we do not allow alcohol at birthday parties for children between 13-18.
An estimate for a 4-hour event with 150 people and a full bar would be ($600 hourly + $350 bar + $1650 guests =) $2600
An estimate for a 2-hour event with 30 people and mimosas would be ($300 base + $330 guests =) $630
