Any vendors who are contracted to work at Westwood Barns must adhere to the set of standards and policies listed below. Set standards help ensure that our mutual client is experiencing top level service from all contracted vendors throughout their wedding weekend. Failure to comply with these policies will jeopardize any vendor’s ability to work at Westwood Barns again in the future and may also jeopardize the mutual client’s security deposit. We reserve the right to refuse access to any vendor who does not meet our standards or respect our policies.

All vendors must submit a COI for their business in advance of working onsite. This COI must include as additionally insured: Daniel & Lauren Westra.

All visits, deliveries, and pick ups MUST be scheduled and approved by Westwood Barns staff. Westwood Barns is private property and we ask that you be respectful of the property and our guests. Unscheduled visits, deliveries & pickups do not have access to the property and may be subject to a $50 access fee.

Westwood Barns does not provide access to any dollies, yard carts, pallet jacks, wagons, etc. These items on-site are property of Westwood Barns and use or damage to the carts will be charged to the client.

At the end of the evening, all items must be removed from the lawn areas and buildings, unless prior approval has been received by Westwood Barns staff. Vendors are required to vacate the property within one hour of the conclusion of the event, unless prior approval has been received by Westwood Barns staff.

Vendor parking is located at 5164 Ave 248, Tulare, CA. If you have items to unload, please ask Westwood Barns staff where you can do so. Use of the home driveway is strictly prohibited unless prior permission is granted by Westwood Barns staff.

Smoking and/or drinking by vendors while on-site is strictly prohibited.
