Private Events are able to book up to 4 months in advance, or on a case-by-case basis if your event requires further notice. Events under 150 guests are welcome to bring in their own food. Events over 150 guests must use Fugazzis for catering needs and are subject to separate per head pricing rather than that listed on this page. Base event pricing is $250 plus $6 per person and includes:
- Existing structures
- String lights
- Bathroom use
- Parking lot access
- Running water/fridge/bar area for 4 hours, with an additional 2 hours included for set up and clean up. Additional hours are $175/hour.
- Use of our round tables with floor-length linens or farmhouse tables (no linen) and X-Back Harvester chairs. Each seat 8-10 per table.
Alcohol is limited to beer and wine only (or champagne). If you'd like to include more alcohol at your event, we require a licensed bartender for serving, and it is an additional $200 per hour the full bar is open.
Evening events of over 50 guests require a day-use insurance policy, which can usually be added to someone's homeowner's policy, often free of charge. If this is not an option, many websites offer policies for less than $200, depending on the type of event.
We do not currently offer quinceañeras, and we do not allow alcohol at birthday parties for children between 13-18.
An estimate for a 4-hour event with 150 people and a full bar would be ($250 base + $350 bar + $900 guests =) $1500
An estimate for a 2-hour event with 30 people and mimosas would be ($250 base + $180 guests =) $430
